Safe Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Safe Use Policy explains prohibited and restricted uses of Video-Generate Services. It applies to all users, content submissions, prompts, generated outputs, and account activity.

2. General Rule

You may only use the Services for lawful, ethical, and non-abusive purposes. You are responsible for all prompts, uploads, and outputs associated with your account.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the Services to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitative sexual content.
  • Illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, scams, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or organized crime.
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence against individuals or groups.
  • Deceptive deepfakes, identity abuse, or synthetic media used to mislead in political, financial, legal, or emergency contexts.
  • Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy violations, or other intellectual property misuse.
  • Malware, spyware, malicious code, or attempts to compromise systems, accounts, or network security.
  • Content that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

4. Restricted High-Risk Use Cases

Without prior written approval, you may not use outputs as the sole basis for high-risk decisions in legal, medical, employment, lending, housing, insurance, or public safety contexts.

5. Intellectual Property and Consent

  • You must have rights and permissions for all uploaded media and reference materials.
  • You must obtain necessary consent before using another person's likeness, voice, or identity.
  • You must not remove attribution, rights notices, or technical protections where prohibited by law.

6. Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass safety filters, moderation controls, or account restrictions.
  • Use automation to abuse rate limits or degrade service availability.
  • Use stolen payment instruments or manipulate billing systems.
  • Resell or white-label the Services in violation of contractual restrictions.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may monitor and review content and account activity to enforce this policy, applicable law, and payment-provider requirements. We may remove content or take account actions, including warnings, generation limits, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, payment holds, and reports to relevant authorities where required.

8. Reporting Violations

9. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected]. We may request additional information to complete our review.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Safe Use Policy as laws, risk patterns, or provider rules evolve. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
